Această politică explică ce cookie-uri folosim pe topestate.md, în ce scop și cum îți poți schimba alegerea. Documentul respectă Legea nr. 195/2024 privind protecția datelor cu caracter personal, în vigoare din 23 august 2026.
Cookie-urile sunt fișiere mici pe care site-ul le pune în browserul tău. Unele fac site-ul să funcționeze, altele ne ajută să înțelegem cum e folosit sau să măsurăm rezultatele campaniilor.
În afara categoriei strict necesare, nimic nu pornește înainte de alegerea ta. Refuzul e la fel de simplu ca acceptul: butonul „Resping toate" stă lângă „Accept toate", la același nivel. Poți reveni oricând asupra alegerii.
Fac site-ul să funcționeze: navigarea, trimiterea formularelor, protecția împotriva abuzurilor și memorarea alegerii tale privind cookie-urile.

Rețin opțiunile tale (limbă, filtre de căutare) și încarcă, la cerere, conținut încorporat — hărți sau clipuri video. Fără acord, conținutul încorporat nu se încarcă și nu transmite date către furnizor.
Ne arată ce anunțuri sunt vizitate și unde se blochează vizitatorii, ca să reparăm ce nu merge.

Cu acordul tău pentru statistici sau marketing, datele tehnice (adresă IP, identificatori de cookie, pagini vizitate) sunt prelucrate de Google Ireland Limited și Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, care le pot transfera în afara Republicii Moldova, pe baza clauzelor contractuale standard ale furnizorilor.
Păstrăm o înregistrare a alegerii tale: un identificator aleatoriu, momentul alegerii, versiunea politicii afișate și categoriile acceptate. Adresa IP nu se păstrează în clar. Înregistrarea se ține 12 luni.
Ai dreptul de acces, rectificare, ștergere, restricționare, opoziție și portabilitate, precum și dreptul de a retrage consimțământul oricând. Retragerea nu afectează prelucrarea de dinainte.
